His & Hers: Where the wild things grow

Once again I ran away with my imagination – this time I wonder if I’ve found myself in a scene from A Midsummer Night’s Dream?

This whimsical bouquet features waxy, star shaped succulents in tones of grey, blue and mauve, nestled amongst the palest pink sedum, ornamental kale and delicate mauve garden roses. Set in a twisted web of dodder vine, this bouquet was finished with a collar of dusty purple satin and wine coloured satin rope. The boutonniere was also finished with matching satin rope.

Sedum offers tranquility, diffusing the passionate meaning of the succulents (a heart burning with love) and mauve roses express enchantment as they are entangled with brassica in a web of dodder vine.
